HD Ad-Free Anime Streaming Service Available Now on iOS, Android, Kindle and Windows 10 Devices

Flower Mound, Texas, March 7, 2016 – Funimation Entertainmentthe go-to studio for extraordinary anime, has unveiled FunimationNow for mobile smartphones and tablets.  Starting today, subscribers will enjoy unlimited, ad-free HD streaming access to Funimation’s expansive library of hit anime television and film properties, both subbed and dubbed, including “Dragon Ball Z,” “Attack on Titan,” “Fairy Tail,” “Cowboy Bebop,” “Assassination Classroom” and more, on iOS, Android, Kindle, and Windows 10 devices. FunimationNow provides fans with unparalleled access to the hottest new simulcasts while also providing subscribers access to a vast catalog of classic anime television shows and films they know and love.

The mobile launch of FunimationNow marks the unfolding of a new chapter for Funimation Entertainment, who has long been known as the industry leader in North American anime Blu-ray and DVD sales year after year. FunimationNow represents the next generation in subscription streaming services, which, when fully launched by summer 2016, will unify social engagement, e-commerce and video streaming into a single destination for fans, delivering a fully immersive and seamless experience.

The all-new FunimationNow app is currently available to download for iOS, Android, Kindle and Windows 10 devices.  Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV apps will be coming shortly afterwards. Fully re-designed game console app updates for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Roku devices will debut in May 2016, along with a fully redesigned Funimation website for streaming on laptops and desktops.

·         All subtitled anime including simulcasts

·         Unlimited device streaming (subtitled only)

3)      ALL-ACCESS PASS – $7.99/month:

·         All subtitled anime including simulcasts

·         All English-dubbed anime 

·         Unlimited device streaming (subbed and dubbed)

·         Funimation Broadcast Dubs - English-dubbed episodes of select shows that are available within weeks of the Japanese broadcast 

·         Exclusive video extras
