Sharknado Week is here! As the premiere of SHARKNADO 4: THE 4TH AWAKENS approaches, Syfy invites fans to dive in head first to all things sharks - and 'nados! - with a week full of shark-tastic programming beginning Sunday, July 24.
ATOMIC SHARK – 9/8c
A radioactive shark is loose and it is up to a group of lifeguards to save everyone. Starring Rachele Brooke Smith (“Scream Queens”).
DAM SHARKS – 9/8c
A group of sharks begin building dams out of human bodies, culled from an Office Space-type corporate retreat. Starring Matt Mercer (“Airplane vs. Volcano”), Jessica Blackmore (“The Sacred”).
ICE SHARKS – 9/8c
An interdisciplinary team of scientists is sent to the Arctic Ocean to study the effects of climate change on marine life under the ice. Suddenly, a new breed of aggressive, ravenous sharks, with the ability to pierce ice (a la TREMORS), crack the frozen floor and begin devouring all who fall through. As the ice breaks apart and the research station sinks into the frigid waters, they must fashion whatever weapons available before they are all eaten alive. Starring: Kaiwi Lyman (“The Young and the Restless”), Edward DeRuiter (“Battle of Los Angeles”).
PLANET OF THE SHARKS – 9/8c
In the near future, glacial melting has covered 98% of earth's landmass. Sharks have flourished and now dominate the planet, operating as one massive school led by a mutated alpha shark. Starring Alex Anlos (“Dominion”), Angie Teodora Dick (“Fortune Cookie”), Lindsay Sullivan.
OZARK SHARKS – 9/8c
A family's lake house vacation gets interrupted when a sharks attack. Starring: Thomas Francis Murphy (“True Dectective”), Allisyn Ashley Arm (“Sonny With a Chance”), Michael Papajohn (“Nashville”).
KILLJOYS - “Meet The Parents” – 9/8c
Johnny (Aaron Ashmore) escorts Pawter (Sarah Power) home for a chilly family reunion while D’avin (Luke Macfarlane) experiences surprising side effects from Khlyen's (Rob Stewart) Red 17 experiments.
DARK MATTER - “We Voted Not To Space You” – 10/9c
The Android (Zoie Palmer) goes undercover to help the Raza crew track down a dangerous but familiar foe.
SHARKNADO – 7/6c
A supersize tornado sucks sharks from the ocean and hurls them at Los Angeles! Regulars of a beachside bar including owner Fin (Ian Ziering,"Beverly Hills 90210"), bartender Nova (Cassie Scerbo, "Make It Or Break It") and local drunk George (John Heard, "Home Alone") team up with Fin’s ex-wife April (Tara Reid, "Scrubs") to investigate the ecological nightmare that has sharks swimming through the streets of Los Angeles and falling from the skies.
SHARKNADO 2: THE SECOND ONE – 9/8c
A freak weather system turns its deadly fury on New York City, unleashing a Sharknado on the population and its most cherished, iconic sites - and only Fin (Ian Ziering) and April (Tara Reid) can save the Big Apple. Co-starring Vivica A. Fox and Mark McGrath. Among the guest stars are Kelly Osbourne, Judd Hirsch, Judah Friedlander, Andy Dick and Perez Hilton.
SHARKNADO 3: OH HELL NO – 6/5c
When a mass of sharknadoes threatens Florida, chainsaw-wielding hero Fin (Ian Ziering) must again risk his life to save his children on spring break. But as he fights his way south, the sharknadoes merge and grow bigger than ever before. Fin must find a way to end them once and for all before they destroy the entire Eastern Seaboard.
SHARKNADO 4: THE 4TH AWAKENS – 8/7c (Encore at 11/10c)
Five years after the East Coast was ravaged, Fin (Ian Ziering), his family and the cosmos have been blissfully sharknado-free. Now sharks - and 'nados - are being whipped up in places and ways that are completely unexpected. The newest addition to the hit global franchise also sees the return of David Hasselhoff (“Baywatch”) as Gil Shepard and Ryan Newman (“Hannah Montana”) as Claudia Shepard.
