(New York, October 25, 2022)—The French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) will honor acclaimed actor Jean Reno with the 2022 Trophée des Arts and Ilham Kadri, CEO and President of the Executive Committee at Solvay, with the 2022 Pilier d’Or. Introductions will be given by actor Matthew Broderick (Jean Reno), and Jerome Peribere (lham Kadri). The event will take place at The Plaza Hotel on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. The annual FIAF Trophée des Arts Gala recognizes the honorees's contributions to French and American cross-cultural exchange in the arts and business, respectively. This year’s gala will also highlight the work of renowned French artist Eva Jospin. The black-tie event and auction raises funds to support FIAF’s mission to teach French, promote francophone culture, and strengthen the relationship between French and American peoples.
